The newly built cultural center “Åsane Kulturhus” is located in the city of Bergen, which is the second largest city in Norway with a population of almost 300,000. The VIVACE electronic room acoustic system was installed to create an impressive spatial sound in the approximately 540 m² culture hall. Together with 26 microphones and 40 loudspeakers, the system provides variable acoustics adapted for the specific use. The approximately 220 m² stage and 12-meter high ceiling offer space for breathtaking performances. In the hall, 485 seats are distributed in a total of 13 rows. For bigger events, the hall offers standing room for around 1,000 people.
