VIVACE.maestro is the flagship of the VIVACE product family. The system has been developed for spaces where sound quality, musical impact and acoustic flexibility need to meet the highest standards.
Today, cultural venues must support a wide range of usage scenarios in rapid succession: symphonic concerts, opera productions, electronically amplified performances, speech events, rehearsals or guest performances. VIVACE.maestro makes it possible to precisely adapt the acoustic effect of a space to these requirements – without masking its sonic character.

VIVACE.maestro enhances the natural room acoustics with electronically generated, spatially distributed reflections and reverberation components. This creates acoustic scenarios that can be individually tailored to different programmes, ensembles and uses.
The system does not work against the existing architecture, but with it. The aim is a natural sound impression in which the electroacoustic components are not perceived as a technical layer. The room remains perceptible as a room – with specifically controllable acoustic support.
VIVACE.maestro is based on the interaction of microphones, signal processing via the system processor, loudspeakers, control and precise acoustic fine-tuning. The system components are planned on a project-specific basis and integrated into the architecture, technical infrastructure and operational workflows of the venue.
The optionally available 3D audio module VIVACE.fx expands the system with a user-friendly creative tool for designing immersive listening experiences.
For electronic room acoustics, signals from the stage and room area are captured, processed and reintroduced into the space via a finely tuned loudspeaker system. This allows early reflections, reverberation, spaciousness and acoustic envelopment to be shaped in a targeted way.
Control is based on defined acoustic scenarios. These can be prepared for different uses and recalled during operation – for example for concerts, opera, speech, amplified formats or rehearsal mode.
The decisive factor is the calibration and musical fine-tuning within the existing room. Technical parameters, architectural conditions and artistic requirements are brought together. The result is not a standardised effect, but a room-specific acoustic solution.
VIVACE.maestro is suitable for cultural and event venues where different acoustic requirements need to be reproduced reliably and at a high quality level.
Typical applications include:
Selected projects show how VIVACE.maestro is used in highly diverse architectural and cultural contexts – from established performance venues to new cultural spaces with flexible usage profiles.
With VIVACE.maestro, electronic room acoustics is not purely a product-related topic. It results from the combination of acoustic design, electroacoustic system integration, software, calibration and musical fine-tuning.
Müller-BBM Acoustic Solutions supports projects from the initial system concept through to commissioning. This includes coordination with clients, architects, specialist planners, technical directors, users and artistic teams, as well as integration into existing or newly planned technical infrastructures.
A particular advantage lies in the close connection to the acoustic planning expertise of the Müller-BBM Group. This allows room acoustics, building acoustics, electroacoustic system issues and usage concepts to be considered together at an early stage. Especially in new-build projects, refurbishments and complex cultural buildings, this creates a robust planning process with short lines of specialist communication.

VIVACE.maestro makes acoustic flexibility precisely controllable for large performance venues. This allows spaces to respond to different programmes, ensembles and uses – technically reliable, musically sensitive and clearly manageable in operation.
